Orders placed before noon (eastern standard time) should be shipped the same day, and orders placed after noon will be shipped on the next business day.

NEWEX will charge your credit card upon receipt of your order; you will receive your bill by email, along with tracking information for your package. You will be able to follow the status of your order through the link included in the email. If you have any other questions regarding the shipping and handling of your package, feel free to contact us.

Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries in certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will be refunded and will receive a notification in case of cancellation or in case of difficulties with processing your order shortly after the issue is identified.

For the time being, we offer delivery to Canada and the U.S. only. For international orders,please contact us.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In Canada

As per our hygiene policy, it is our pleasure to refund or exchange, within 14 days of the date you received your package, items that are in their original condition, i.e., that have not been washed or worn and that still have the labels/hangtags attached, if you include the original sales receipt for the amount paid.

How to return your order:

  1. Put the item back in its original packaging along with the labels/hangtags.
  2. Seal the package.
  3. Contact us at info@newex.ca and we will send you an internet link to print your return label.
  4. Print and affix the return label, and drop it off at any Canada Post location. To find your nearest location, visit canadapost.ca or call 1 866 607-6301. Note that it is important to keep the customer copy of the shipping receipt with the tracking number.

Return shipping* is on us, and once we receive your package, we will immediately refund the returned items on the credit card or gift card used for the original transaction. We’ll send you an email notification to let you know when it has been done.

  • Return shipping is free of charge.

NEWEX’s mandate is to create performance apparel that allows women to go from the gym to the office and from home to the mall in complete comfort and peace of mind. With an athletic design that hugs a woman’s curves, it is like a second skin and guarantees easy, unrestricted movement.

*We guarantee all our products against defects for one year from the purchase date. As our clothing is designed for an intended purpose and made in accordance with the highest standards in the industry, our warranty applies only to those defects that appear during the intended use of the product. If you find your product to be defective within a year of purchase, please contact us at info@newex.ca.

PAYMENT METHODS

We only accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. A prepaid credit card or debit card cannot be used as a method of payment.

Your transactions on the site are protected. We do not keep the credit card information of our clients.
